- SSSeren ShearsmithMay 19, 20261.0came to this mcdonald’s and ordered two mayo chickens. i waited 35 minutes for these and when they arrived they were stone cold. the staff were awful we asked twice where they were and they did nothing about it. i will be advising others to use a different location and not to waste their time or money at this location

We complained twice that we have been waiting yet they did nothing about it. will not be returning to this mcdonald’s and i advise people to go elsewhere

Served the drinks and ice cream and then asked to park up. 25 minutes later still sitting in my car waiting for my order. Went in to speak to the manager who wasn't really interested in my complaint. He said he would order my food again and give me 2 more McFlurrys as the other ones had turned to slush after sitting in my car for 30 minutes. Nearly 10 minutes later my order arrived from the manager who sarcastically said sorry for your wait can I do anything else for you. For a fast food chain the service is diabolical as you always have to park up whatever time of day you go. The food order when I got home was incorrect, cold and smothered in mayonnaise. Will not be visiting here again anytime soon.
