Then i asked for a hot water, as that is what i drink, and she told me she would have to charge me 99p for it. I said no way and asked why? She said it was incase i spilt it on myself. So i said so if i pay 99p and spill it on myself your liable? She said we just have to charge for it otherwise it would be on us. Realy? What a load of codswallop. If you don't know why you are the only mcdonalds to charge for hot water say i don't know. I won't return
