  I love five guys but this one failed me today.. tables were soaking wet after being cleaned but it was like a puddle. Music too loud cant speak to my friends. the chips were like stale cardbaord. The burger seemed undercooked and when i poured coke cola into my cup lots of black bits were coming out all floating in the coke and i didnt drink that. Over all something is wrong here cause all other ones i go too its all perfect. not here,

  Me and my hubby visited here and the burgers were really nice and meaty like they should be.You could tell they weren't frozen ones. I wasn't expecting a double burger so I was surprised when our order was ready. Chips still had the.skin on which was really nice and there were plenty of them. The strawberry milkshake was yummy too. A little bit pricey so nice for a treat every now and then. Good service and friendly staff

  After having numerous Five Guys elsewhere (1st time using Chester branch), we were really disappointed. Burgers lacked flavour, undercooked fries, these still looked like potatoes, reese's milkshake lacked flavour & refillable pop drinks were also tasteless, tried a few different ones. Seemed very pricey compared to other Five Guys we have had. Would have complained on quality of food instore but we just wanted to get out of there as music was loud & could barely hear each other talking!
