  Final straw today…. Will never return to this store. Absolutely had enough. Zero customer service, hardly any tills open and it’s poorly stocked sometimes. I should have stopped shopping there months ago. The staff who work there couldn’t care less and I’m certain they won’t miss one less customer.

  Spent 20 minutes of my lunch hour queuing up to pay for my lunch, only 3 tills on with long lines of people in the aisles and huge queues for the self service areas. More tills turned off than on ..at lunch time !!!! Everyone complaining, even the staff were embarrassed when asked about why the insufficient staff. Clear case of store management not being fit for purpose and not being "customer centric". Used to be a good store, but would rather pay more and go to M&S. Tesco CEO got a £3.4m bonus and cant even adequately staff his stores.

  Huge store, should have more 'kiddy trolleys' it's very rare you manage to get one. However, the 'car trolleys' whilst not being plentiful offer a great experience for kids.

  Think this was my final visit to this supermarket. Apart from a difficult layout which wastes time, the tills have been understaffed with long queues every time I've been here

  If it wasn't on a retail park alongside some other useful shops I wouldn't bother with this place. They don't have enough tills and the ones they do have are never seem to be fully manned. This wouldn't be so bad if the self-service tills had scanners that worked properly and the baggage areas weren't constantly failing to detect the items you've just placed there.
