  Lovely pub in the heart of Handforth Dean village. Shows all the sports and has darts and a pool table. Weekends is also very good for entertainment having karaoke on. Friday night and a live artist on every Saturday night.Staff are very friendly and welcoming. All in all a good boozer

  Perfect spot for a quiet drink. Atmosphere was friendly and vibrant and couldn’t ask for better, friendlier staff. Will absolutely be top of my list for a pint

  I’ve become a bit of a fixture here over the years and that’s because the pub consistently delivers. The atmosphere is always friendly, the drinks are well kept, and there’s a real sense of community that can be hard to find these days. What stands out most is how comfortable it feels. Whether you’re popping in for a quick pint after work, meeting friends for the evening, or watching a match, it always feels like the right place to be. The team do a great job of making everyone feel welcome and the service is always efficient, even when the pub is busy. It’s the sort of local you look forward to returning to, and that’s probably the best compliment you can give any pub. Highly recommended

  I’ve been coming into Freemasons Arms regularly for quite a while now and it’s one of those pubs that gets the balance just right. It has that proper local pub feel where you’re always greeted with a friendly welcome, whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit. The staff are approachable, work hard when it’s busy, and always make the atmosphere feel relaxed and welcoming. The pub has a great community vibe and there’s usually something going on, whether it’s live sport, weekend entertainment, a game of darts, or just locals catching up over a pint. It’s the sort of place where you can pop in for one drink and end up staying all evening because the atmosphere is so good.

  Me and the wife popped in for one think we was there hours, great pub and gotta say staff fantastic had a great night was enjoyed by me and the boss(mrs)
