    When this place was taken over last year it felt much better. The place was well run, there were plenty of staff, the food was good and they knew what they were doing. I usually pop in if I do a food shop at lunch time but the last two times I’ve been in I’ve been ignored as staff are clearly prioritising Uber Eats, Just eat and Deliveroo orders. The queue backs up, just when you think it’s your turn after a 10/15 minute wait, a receipt will be plucked, nothing will be said and 4 sandwiches will be made and toasted whilst you are stood there, this doesn’t work when you only have 2 staff on trying to do everything. People waiting in the shop should be prioritised, we’ve made the effort to come to you. Let those with a delivery window wait. I’ll not be going back, if I do I’ll be sure to use one of the online retailers that they so lovingly prioritise, it would be quicker than waiting in the shop.
