- CEChloe EvergreenAug 7, 20264.0Just passing through from Scotland visiting a family member I noticed this Lovely shop hidden out of site. The shop seems to be showing signs of age and looks like it is in need of renovation and renewal. The Staff were lovely and well trained especially helping the elderly. One thing that did strike me odd was that one male manager speaking to the staff seemed to show alot of negative coercive behaviour which I found troubling. As I have found myself in a position ruled by a person like this myself I cannot let it slide. I asked a few of the members of staff if that’s normal behaviour and a few I spoke to confirmed this. After seeing the issue with upper management on the news in the cooperative I am quite disgusted to see it has reached the lower ranks of the cooperative business. If I was in charge of the coop HR department I would get on the ground and start supporting your staff against the small minority of toxic management behaviours.

Easy to get to, free parking available, also has a parcel pick up point outside, hole in the wall cash point if you need to withdraw money. Easily accessible for wheelchair, prams, mobile scooters. Has a self check out area and has staff at tills to help with your purchases.
