- KNKore Nickeas1 day ago1.0Rude staff!!! young lad trying to look busy when customers were waiting, he was then rude and abrasive when telling customers to use different till then shouted at already waiting other customers to que on the other side of shelves, leaving them perplexed as there was nothing to say to que other side of shelves and there was no issue with where they were stood! When paying said ypung lad insisted to insert card, no maners, pin accepted but failed transaction...,huffed and puffed then insisted on card being inserted again.... again pin accepted but payment declined! Staff blamed barclays bank card and said there had been problems with them through the day for all barclays cards!. I warned other customers and returned items. Checked banking app outside of shop... plenty of money and no warning of failed transactions Didn't want to go back into the shop and be lied to and humiliated again so went to a different shop and managed to purchase what I wanted with no issues!! Terrible shop would not shop here again!
