- CLCharles LachutJan 8, 20265.0I visited the store at approximately 7:30am today. I could not find one of the items I wanted - some fresh bread - so ask one of the staff if any was available. He told me it was still 'in the oven' but, despite being busy, he went to check on when it would be ready and returned a few minutes later with some of the bread I wanted. His willingness to stop what he was doing and address my requirement was much appreciated. This, together with his friendly demeanour, was a fantastic way of demonstrating a proactive approach to the provision of fantastic customer service. Thanks!
