  Very disappointed with my experience at Burger King. The wait for food was far too long because there clearly weren’t enough staff working. The staff seemed to be prioritising drive through customers while people inside were left waiting for a while. To make things worse, the customer service was poor and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or apologising for the delays. When the food finally arrived, it was stone cold and tasted like it had been left sitting out for a long time. Overall, the service and food quality were really poor and definitely not worth the wait.

  It took 25 minutes for my food to be ready just for it to be cold and have to be thrown away and remade. They give more orders out to delivery drivers. Can’t imagine this place at rush hour. What an embarrassment of an establishment. Might need more that 3 people working.

  Had a great experience in Crewe BK, first impressions were that the place was clean and tidy, we sat down and decided to use table service, it was easy to use and the food arrived really quickly. The young guy who delivered the food was polite and courteous, the order was spot on, the food was fresh, hot and delicious.
