  Order here through Deliveroo and once you get your head around that you always need to reheat it when delivered it’s brilliant , scrape off the topping and put burger patty/ sides in the air fryer at 160 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Then reconstruct the burger. Yes it’s an inconvenience but takes it from a 1 on delivery to a 5

  Food arrived freezing cold, delivery driver said to call the store. Store said nothing to do with us Contact the people who delivered it. What a joke they say nothing can be done about cold food😡

  claire who works there was absolutely lovely. I had forgot my glasses and she helped me order and even brought my food to the table. very friendly and kind. quick service, very fresh food and super clean restaurant. Thank you Claire x

  ⭐ 1/5 — I’d give 0 stars if I could. I genuinely don’t understand how Burger King Crewe manages to get my order wrong practically EVERY time I use this branch. I originally thought it was just delivery orders — missing items, missing extras that I’d specifically selected and PAID for, etc. So I stopped relying on delivery and started going there myself. Made absolutely no difference. A couple of weeks ago I used the drive-through and was told to park in the grill bay. After waiting 18 minutes, I went inside. They were busy, so I gave them a chance and waited another 12 minutes. HALF AN HOUR in total and my order was still nowhere near ready, so I asked for a full refund. I was told they only had three staff because of sickness. I sympathise with the staff, because expecting three people to handle the counter, drive-through AND delivery orders is madness. But why continue accepting more orders when you clearly cannot keep up with the ones you already have? Over the weekend I visited a Burger King in Manchester and my order was spot on, which made me think I’d give Crewe another chance. Big mistake. I went in, ordered and actually received my food within 10 minutes. Brilliant, I thought — finally a decent experience. Then I checked the order. Chicken Melt burger completely missing. Again. And this time they can’t even use being extremely busy as an excuse. There was only me in the restaurant and a small number of other orders. Everyone makes mistakes, and I’d completely understand the occasional missing item. But when something is wrong almost EVERY SINGLE TIME, that isn’t an occasional mistake anymore. There is clearly a serious problem with how orders are being prepared and checked at this branch. It really shouldn’t be difficult to have somebody check the receipt against what is actually in the bag before handing it over — particularly when customers are paying extra for additions that then aren’t even included. Delivery, drive-through or ordering inside — I’ve tried all three and had problems. This branch desperately needs better management, adequate staffing and, above all, a proper system for checking orders before they are handed to customers. I’ve given Burger King Crewe more than enough chances. 1 star, simply because Google won’t let me give 0.
