  Came in for food, went to the toilet first, after seeing the state of the toilets i am not eating there. Zero hygiene standarss

  Warning to all van drivers - do not come here. Carpark is shambolic. Partner received a £100 fine for getting lunch from burger king because his work van is too long for the bays, there are no alternative bays, he was there for 8 minutes. He was parked perfectly in-between the lines and not causing any obstruction. People in vans should get their lunch elsewhere. Staff have tried to help but there isn't anything they can do. Clearly just out to squeeze as much money as possible from their customers.

  Hello! Today, I went with my nan, mum, and my niece (a baby) to this restaurant. And I'd say it was pretty nice. Though my nan would say the food was too salty! But, in my opinion, it was quite good and reached my expectations of an American restaurant, which aren't that high, but to be honest my expectations are never that high. Overall, I liked the place. The highchairs were easy to handle;I liked that it had straps, so she wouldn't fall out, The staff were helpful and kind, and the food was quite satisfactory. The board things were a bit difficult to use, but service was quick, and it was relatively clean (as expected). I probably would go again in the future if I have the money as it does cost quite some money. It's family friendly and wheelchair accessible. But, the disabled bathroom was disgusting.

  They turned the front outside lights off at 10:40pm. Had an issue with the app that kept constantly crashing. Drove up to the window, I asked if they were still open and I got a very stern "for fifteen minutes". I told them to leave it and left. Why bother being open until 11 when the staff don't want to take your order. Drove to the service station half an hour away and payed almost double the price. Absolute joke of a business.

  Apart from the fact the driver must of been cooking it on the way here it was the worst bk I have ever had .Seriously we can't employ people to put lettuce, tomatoes and onion on a burger along with a bit of sauce .It could of been a bag of horse meat they dropped off for all I knew A piece of lettuce the size of my 2 year olds hand,no onions just a lonely piece of tomatoe..Food arrived like it came by bullet train so fair play to the driver for that 👍.Unfortunately due to the heat, the sauce must of evaporated.Think we shall stick with paps in sandbach fresh ,cooked to perfection and piping hot when delivered. Milk shakes too die for !!!!
