- CHCharlotte HampMar 2, 20261.0Been in bollington for 2 months now, we go in around 1-2 times a week and everytime I go in they never have in store what their online website says they have and yes it’s the bollington specific site not Tesco as a whole. Stocking one brand of organic pads is insane, as a young woman who forgot to check how many pads she has while over seas away from home and looking online and seeing they have an organic brand with no bleach or plastic called flo in stock online and then sending my boyfriend walking because we have no car to grab them only to be disappointed once again by the fact their online stock is wrong and they don’t have any, I have also tried to call numerous times to talk to somebody to check before having to walk down and nobody answered. This has happened with things like coconut oil earlier in the week and even pork about a week or two ago and not to mention the customer service is lacking coming from a young girl who’s worked in retail and hospitality for 4 years…do better.
