I went in to order a personal pepperoni and that was all fine but an older customer who came in to order after me was laughed at by the staff because he couldn’t hear her properly the worker couldn’t control her laughter and was overall rude to the man. The man finished his order and sat down but he must of thought the half finished pizza on the table was his, so there could possibly be a memory problem there but the staff just started laughing at him with no remorse what so ever I would be ashamed as a manager to have them as staff.

Very disappointing experience — no washroom facilities were available, and the response from staff regarding the issue was rather discourteous. For a dine-in establishment, the lack of even basic hand-washing facilities is quite unacceptable.

service was god awful. The wee girl on the phone was cheeky and unhelpful. i finally got ahold of the dominoes line after the third time i called and she didn’t hang up, as she had answered the phone and hang up the first two times i called. once she finally gave in and decided to keep on the line she was very u helpful and kept saying “i don’t know”. Poor services, would recommend the coleraine shop.
