  Very dirty floor and tables, bacon was flaccid. A/C not working. Overall quite miserable.

  I used to have fresh fries without salt , whenever I asked for fries without salt every single time the lovely Bk attendant gives me fresh fries without salt despite how much busy the store at Moto Toddington South , I really appreciate their great services.

  The food was freshly cooked and tasty, but at over £33 for two meal deals and a bag of cheesy chili bites, it is certainly not cheap. The lady behind the counter had neglected to include the requested sachets of salt, so I returned to the service area, waited whilst she chatted to another member of staff over the counter and then she totally ignored me and retreated into the kitchen. There was nobody else waiting to be served, so I had to call out to get the lady's attention the next time she walked by the opening to the kitchen. I eventually received the salt, but was unhappy that I'd had to wait so long and risk my food getting cold, especially for something that could've been dealt with in seconds. The tables could do with an occasional wipe too, as they were covered in crumbs the whole time we were there. I observed the male member of staff in KFC next door regularly wiping his tables down. Great food, but expensive and very poor customer service.
