  Never answer the phone, order was wrong. What's the point of ordering on whoosh if you have to go there to get your order right. Waste of time don't bother

  I want to let you know how poorly Tesco Clifton Bedfordshires post office is performing. I went in on Saturday and the poor guy behind the counter was trying to serve at the post office and the shop on his own. I needed to send my packages tracked and signed and there were no slips available. Ryan spent the next 20 minutes looking for them and phoning somebody to help find them. They didn't have any and I had to pay extra money for a different service rather than miss the post. During the time of waiting, the post office queue reached the back of the shop and various customers were shouting at me asking if the staff knew I was waiting. This was really embarrassing but even worse for Ryan who was stressed beyond reason at this point with no help from staff and a compete absence of management. I left feeling that I had had an extremely uncomfortable experience in the shop and couldn't wait to get out I went back in on Monday and the post office was closed. I was told that the system was down and sent to a neighbouring village. At that post office the manager said that the system down was a lie as theirs was working and they were connected, she also intimated that this happened regularly. For whatever the reason it was closed, I would rather know the truth. I have tried to ring the store to speak to a manager countless number of times since Monday and nobody even picks up the phone. I look forward to receiving your comments and an improvement in the service offered. Lin
