  Absolutely appalling experience today in my local co op,usually members of staff are helpful and kind however the young lady working yesterday night absolutely has ruined my friends,family and my personal experience of the store and won’t be returning.i had simply asked for a member of staff to approve my ID as I had been waiting for over 5 minutes.instead of a kind response i was met with the exact words ‘well you can wait longer then’ I proceeded to ask what she has meant then she started insulting me and raising her voice.If further actions are not taken with this employee this will be escalated further as I believe no member of staff should raise a voice and insult a customer.Therefore I warn customers to stay clear of the young lady with black hair.
