  I shop here every week and have always found all the staff so friendly, today at the tills I was served by a lovely lady named Lynda (Linda ) we was chatting about life in general and once I had paid she presented me with the most beautiful bunch of flowers, she then explained that every pay day she buys flowers and gives them to a customer, how wonderful is that when I say it made my day is an understatement thank you to such a kind and lovely person .

  I've been coming here for years but it's getting worse and worse. They've changed the produce section so you can only buy expensive netted branded oranges, there's no cherry tomatoes, you can only get extra large packs of normal tomatoes, no six packs. There is rarely anyone on a checkout. I encountered a very rude woman supervising the checkouts today. I come here every week and have never had an issue with the self service tills - I know how they work. The one I had today was constantly giving error messages when I placed items in my bag. - If I scan a pack of mince and put it in my bag and the till shows an error then either the till needs recalibrating or tesco are putting the incorrect amount of meat/ salad/cheese etc. in their packs. I thought I was being kind in reporting a problem but the woman was extremely patronising and wouldn't accept there was an issue with the till and tried to blame it on me. I nearly walked out and left my shopping. I'm going to Asda from now on.

  Exceptionally helpful staff, regular at the store & recognized by the staff. Nice place to shop.
