  The worst place in the uk, I feel the staff are forced to serve the customers they are really rude and disrespectful, as well as the food takes ages to be prepared and the place is not clean at all. Really disappointing

  My order 2 chicken royal burger. When I received my order i received 1 chicken royal burger as i ordered other 1 was beef burger which I don't eat. I complained to staff member. They refused to replace it the beef burger with the chicken royal burger. I have paid £18 i received only chips and drink as I left the food on counter. How its possible if i order chicken royal burger quantities of 2. Can receiving totally different. Its was no even busy stuff was rude. Never will go to that branch

  Dirty seating areas Tiny chip portions Halloumi fries were tiny Whopper had minimal salad. It looked like a big mac with the sad limp lettuce to go with it. Might have been cut fresh today as they claim but it must have been at 1am this morning. Normally a fan of BK. I'd have preferred a McDonalds to this place

  This keeps happening. Ordering vegan and receiving meat. Avoid at all cost vegan.

  Ordered and waited an age - all staff were seen standing outside at the back of the restaurant. When food did arrive, chips were cold and my large drink was not filled to the top and was less than the medium we also go. Server was also rude to another customer who wanted to order from the till, telling the customer "well you will just have to wait". Sunday evening, around 6pm.
