  This has got to be the grottiest service station in the UK. The toilets were filthy and the burger king had no hot drinks. Gregg's was closed. Ended up getting hot drinks and sandwiches from the shell garage instead.

  Ordered and waited an age - all staff were seen standing outside at the back of the restaurant. When food did arrive, chips were cold and my large drink was not filled to the top and was less than the medium we also go. Server was also rude to another customer who wanted to order from the till, telling the customer "well you will just have to wait". Sunday evening, around 6pm.

  Grubby. Drinks machine was out of order and were told bottled drinks were only for delivery. Couldn’t be bothered to argue with the indifferent 17 year old masquerading as a manager. Just avoid.

  What an absolute dump of a services. No air conditioning and sweltering, it was 8pm and the chairs were up an you couldn't sit down, the toilets were filthy and the service was glacial.
