The pizzas here are always nice, fresh, and well-made, but the customer service is simply not up to scratch compared to other Domino's branches. Actually, even just basic mannerism. The phone service is poor, and the manager is incredibly rude.On my first visit, they refused to take my complete order over the phone. I had to use the website instead, though the food did arrive perfectly with no mistakes. On my second order, I called to ask for certain toppings to be removed and to add hot honey instead. They said that was fine, but while they managed to remove the toppings, they forgot the hot honey. To make matters worse, they told me on the phone that the delivery wait would be an hour or more. However, Uber Eats quoted 20 minutes, so I ordered on Uber Eats, and a Domino’s driver arrived in 25 minutes…FROM THE BRANCH. Great food from the kitchen, but front-of-house communication and attention to detail are letting this branch down.

Ordered 6 pizzas at the counter - one of which was ham and pineapple. Asked if he could not put pineapple on one half of the pizza and he refused and said it was impossible.
