    2 Broken pumps, mounting queues of customers... I tried the pay at pump option after waiting in the queue for it but it wouldn't accept my fuel card. I politely asked if the cashier if he would switch it over to pay in kiosk to which he refused... I know they have the option as other Tesco garages open them up during problem periods. The cashier was definitely not happy to help. Not bothered sitting in the Aircon while customers sweltered in long queues waiting for the working pumps while the pay at pumps only stood empty I had no choice as i diverted to get there with little diesel left or I would have gone elsewhere

    I am a tourist, walking into a shop I don’t really know. With product I don’t really know, looking for stuff, I don’t really know. I came across Jimmy and he was a star! Super friendly, super helpful! Helping me find my pies, my ginger beer, advising me on which brand, which product. Super friendly. Laughing, interested. Great guy! Just for Jimmy I will come back! I love it when people still know hat the word service means!! You rock Jimmy

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Tesco just now. I was shopping with my 3-year-old and using a basket at the self-checkout. After paying, I put my shopping back into the basket so I could carry it to my car, intending to return the basket immediately afterwards. The staff member told me baskets are not allowed to leave the store. I explained that I would bring it straight back, but she simply repeated the rule and didn't offer any alternative or assistance. Instead, she watched me struggle to carry all my shopping while managing my young child. I understand that stores have policies, but good customer service is about helping customers find a solution. A little empathy or an offer of assistance would have made all the difference. Very poor customer service.
