I just wanted to give a shout out to Jasmine at Dunstable branch. She is an absolute gem and always makes me smile when I go into the store. I accidentally took dips off my order (she knows I love the special garlic) and when I called in asking about it she got someone to deliver just dips to me (thank you delivery driver Harsh)! Thank you Jasmine!

DONT ORDER ONLINE They took £33 from me and then cancelled the order on their website and then refused to send me a pizza when I thought it had taken a while and phoned...I checked and they had taken the money. Tried to make me pay again in order to send me a pizza, after trying to get rid of me on the phone wasnt working so insisting I pay twice for no pizza with zero explanation. Saying oh darling you will get a refund in 5 days, when I didn't agree to them holding my money is not ok. If you can't take orders you shouldn't have it activated and available. She did say it was specifically me they didn't want to deliver a pizza to...and someone called Joy. Very weird business practice. Customers are not a loan service. Update: The refund they insisted I would get never came so they have literally just stolen my money. It came out my bank account, not pending or anything. I don't trust this company.

Recently tried this pizza place in Dunstable. Parking is available in the nearby Asda about 20 m away. Excellent service provided by Sherry who took the order. Pizza was excellent to taste along with the garlic and herb dip well recommended.

Paid extra fee for ASAP delivery, but was delivered like normal. Nothing ASAP. Just money paid by me was ASAP 🤣. That’s why they have only 3 stars and still decreasing. That’s my last order on papa Johns. Too expensive! Pizza domino is far better and faster!

Tried the new Sourdough range, it was hard and a bit like fried bread, the toppings were sparse! On a positive, the pesto tasted good, the delivery was quick and the delivery driver was lovely. I won’t be returning.
