  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Papa Johns Biggleswade! 🍕 I had a fantastic experience at Papa Johns Pizza in Biggleswade. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The overall experience was excellent, and everything was perfect. A special thanks to Harry, the manager, for providing such a great experience. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. Keep up the great work, Harry! Highly recommended. 👏🍕❤️

  My girlfriend ordered from PapaJohns and it never turned up within two hours so I don’t know how long we have to wait for a refund and when the food is gonna arrive because we tried to call them multiple times they’re not answering and as a piss take that they don’t answer the phone or be here on time, whether there is an order clearly they don’t care about the customers only about the money

  I ordered 12 pizzas for a party and they arrived on time, hot, tasted delicious and the delivery drivers were lovely

  Absolutely awful experience. I’ve now been waiting 1.5 hours for my pizza, and it still hasn’t arrived. The order has been showing as out for delivery for almost an hour, yet there has been absolutely no communication or update from the shop. The shop has now closed, and I’m still left waiting with no idea whether my food is even coming. I completely understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I’ve paid for an order that I’m still waiting for, with no explanation whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and definitely not the service I expected from Papa Johns. 1 star.

  Ordered £64. Pounds worth of pizza on line . They phoned me back saying they didnt have what I asked for in stock . then asked me if I wanted the pizza the next day lol. I said no please just refund me . That was last week . No refund . I went in today and they said I have to email head office to request my money . What an absolute joke company . BUYER BEWARE . go to dominoes .
