  staff are a total joke. waited 2 hours for order. was marked as delivered on the tracking, but not received by us. we called several times from different numbers, with no answer. finally we drove there, it was open, the pizza was sitting on the side. apparently they had ‘no drivers’. absolute joke. could have called to give this information, so could cancel, or come to collect. instead the employees stood around and did nothing, ignoring calls.

  The service was terrible. I ordered six pizzas and four Cokes, and it took over two hours for them to call me to say the delivery driver was stuck in a traffic jam because of the rain (it was drizzling at the time). And the restaurant is only a few minutes’ walk from where I live. But that’s not all, they called me, told me to **** off, and hung up.

  After waiting for more than an hr for my delivery and papa johns is 5 min away from me i called Biggleswade customer service and there was a very rude guy telling me that driver is stuck cos of raining (it was drizzling) absolutely not a reason for the delay 🤔 this is England is raining all the time wth. The pizzas are horrible anyways not even worth the wait however the problem was the guy who called me few min after same voice same guy to tell me ‘f off’ and closed the call 😳like what is going on ?what type of people even work there ?After eating the pizza i had terrible night of pain in my stomach and diarrhoea 😞i understand salary is so shit and they dont care about their jobs so thats why im asking the company to take care and to end the suffering of this ppl and let them go, may be there is people who would love to work there fr . And change your delivery guys because all the reviews here saying the same thing.We all will stop buying from your dead pizzas Papa Johns dont forget your company is existing because of all of us 👎🏻

  If I could give less than one stars I would but it doesn’t give you that option. The manager was extremely rude. Refused to take the order pack which arrived late and was extremely cold paid extra for other toppings which were clearly not on the pizza. He asked me to send him pictures of this which I did but it seems my review mirrors of reviews that have been seen here before avoid like the plague unless you want food poison then I will be going down To get my money back, I could assure you that

  Ordered 2 large pizzas from here, they were well made and tasted amazing. Good helpful service from the people in store and was left satisfied. Good all around pizza service
