Absolute crooks! Numerous issues with our order (hours late, cold, failed promises etc.). Then promised the next order for the same items would be free as a result. Questioned how they would remember. Promised it would be noted. Have since called to be told there is no note and this is note something they would offer. Feel completely lied to. The poor service is one thing but dishonesty is another. Never ordering from here again. Rude customer service too. Suggested I was the one making it up. Unbelievable!

Waited over an hour for delivery, for the app to say it was delivered. Called the store and put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back multiple times, eventually got through to the store again, to be told the driver said the food was delivered (it wasn’t). Was then advised order can be remade but would take over 30 minutes to be delivered. By this point order was placed 1.5hrs ago. Staff were unhelpful, talked over us and left us on hold and then hung up after saying they would check our delivery.
