- JJJaneMar 31, 20264.0Was needing some flowers for people we were visiting. With the use of Google sat navigation, it showed the co-op with directions. There was parking available also. Lovely little shop with a very pleasant member of staff serving at the till (I paid by cash), there were card machines available too.
- WGW D GFeb 20, 20265.0This place is fine, ignore all the nonsense 1 star reviews. It gets busy sometimes & they may have only 2 staff working or someone might be on a break. They have to stock shelves and manage the tills. Would you rather someone just stands bored at the till all day? As for customer service, it’s fine. People are nice, always say hello and goodbye if they’re not busy serving someone. What do you want, a personal shopper and red carpet rolled out every time you walk in and out? People need to relax, it’s a local Co-Op, not Harrods. And someone gave you the wrong change? Take it back and explain, they’re fine about it & only human. Good all round experience every time I go in there, miles better than the old shop that used to be next door to the barbers.

She will leave you waiting at the self checkout for about 10 minutes until she comes to approve your items then make it seem like it is your fault and how you are a inconvenience to her even though it’s her job. Ive lived in silsoe for years and years and not once have i walked into the co-op and she’s been nice to me. I’ve walked out the shop on multiple occasions to hearing strangers even moan about her so I know it’s not only me. It’s a shame because the rest of the team are a delight and are always helpful. Better of going Barton-le-clay co-op just to avoid her.
