  Had an incorrect pizza delivered. I called them straight up followed by a promise to remake and send me the correct one to us. The pizza that followed was cold so I can tell they obviously located my original order and delivered it cold unlike the promise. All in all an evening treat was ruined

  Appalling. First delivery was missing a large pizza and a medium pizza. Second delivery, the pizza was incorrect. Upon ringing the shop for the third time, the person working was speaking to other people whilst on the phone, interrupting when we tried explaining our issue and then told us we couldn’t get the replacement pizza with the changed toppings. Then proceeded to keep the phone on the counter for almost 20 minutes with no further explanation to what was happening, all the while we were able to hear exactly what was being discussed amongst themselves for the entire time.
