  Ordered x 2 pizza’s both had hardly any sauce on them. Laughable customer service no answer on phone and no response from online complaints form! Never had this issue at malpas or maesglas store! don’t waste your money at this store.

  Had a pizza delivered, and no word of a lie it was absolutely grose. Infact it was gritty🤢The cheese wasn’t even remotely melted, the dough was soggy! It’s like it was chucked in for 2 minutes a took straight back out. I called the store and said I wasn’t happy with the order, and they advised they wanted to see the pizza before replacing it. (fair enough). Had a delivery driver come and collect the pizza, and they confirmed it wasn’t right. They sent out another pizza and it was exactly the same! In the end i gave up after ages and lobbed the lot. The manager was rude. Really turned me off!
