  Asked for a plain double cheese burger and this is what I received no beef patty spoke to the manager and he said it has to do with just eat bags all sealed his staff didn’t put beef Pattie in ??? the burger refused to send another out after paying £24 for food and delivery for my two grandchildren’s lunch discusting service will never use again and dips missing I paid for to top it all off

  On Sunday, we placed a £50+ order through Uber Eats from your branch, and I honestly haven't experienced this level of profound grief since the day we lost Princess Diana in '97. I am currently writing this as Elton John’s Candle in the Wind plays softly in the background. Firstly, we even called TWICE ahead of time (just to be safe) because you always forget to put sauces in the bag. We spoke to 2 separate human beings after the order was placed and literally begged you not to forget the sauces. But no, I don't know whether you're actually taking the mick out of me of if your staff have been lobotomised by Ronald McDonald and are physically unable to comprehend the concept of a liquid condiment Here is the specific breakdown of the victims of this absolutely heartless crime: The large dip that should have came with chicken selects The cheese bite (20 piece share box) sauces Two extra (paid for) Big Mac dips and six normal BBQ sauces (also paid for via uber eats) All missing. The Survivors: Three random BBQ dips for the entire house to fight over. To top it off, only 1 out of 3 drinks were correct, our large meals magically shrunk into mediums, and the chips may as well have been pronounced dead at the scene. The kids are crying, my dog has now run away from home and my Sunday (God's day btw) was ruined. Please put me in direct contact with Ronald McDonald immediately because I need to look at him in his horrible clown eyes and ask him why he hates my family. I demand one million BBQ sauces in compensation or I'll have no other choice than to kidnap Grimace and hold him for ransom until you correct this. Do not test me. I have nothing left to lose.

  Wow how scummy of Caerphilly Council and McDonalds to make that car park by the ev charging PAID! its not like we ALREADY PAY for food and even the bloody carrier bags! Half the time your food is incorrect and is sloppy and ruined. even a kebab shop would know what to do atleast they get my order right!
