  I've never been so insulted in all my life as I was at this convenience store, I do hope Tesco read reviews and will train staff they shouldn't be rude to customers basic retail skills

  There is an American worker there really rude with a bad attitude problem refused to scan my vouchers because it didn’t add up to the amount but any other time I’m in tescos big store or express I can use them regardless if it doesn’t add up to the exact amount if it’s abit under I can still use them!! she point blank refused making out I didn’t know how she was explaining it scanned my one voucher and I left the shop without the items in the end huffing and puffing seriously needs to fix up her attitude and the way she speaks to people shouldn’t be working in customer service

  The women behind the desk with purple hair is absolutely so rude. She serves me most days and discriminates me when I don’t have makeup on she won’t serve me an energy drink? I’ve called her out on this and she still continues to do it. She’ll serve me with makeup but not without, today she has embarrassed me for about the 5th time and I will be taking this further. I hope she sees this and rethinks her words and actions

  Beware check the prices charged to what is displayed. Visited this store and on check out was charged a higher price than was advertised on shelf. When I pointed this out to the member of staff behind counter she just checked on her phone and stated it was probably a different product which couldn’t be correct as they only sold one version of the Tesco home brand. Other stores would at least go and check with you but this wasn’t offered even though they weren’t busy.

  I attended to buy my dinner and wine with my daughter and was refused my wine by Oak. Oak was very rude and laughed in our face when my daughter didn’t have an ID. I have been using this Tesco for the last 7 years and never had an issue. Simon interrupted and tried to serve me as he is aware of my age and Oak decided I was not to be served at all and put all my goods back and told me to get out. What sort of customer service is that. He needs retraining and to be reprimanded. I would give 0 stars if that was an option
