- SSSamAug 18, 20261.0My partner went in to get food for myself and children, they mentioned their fryers are down (still live on the app mind) so couldn’t cook anything to do with chicken. After this, ordered food that they could cook, came back with items missing! Went in and requested to receive the missing items. To a little scruffy homo saying we have basically tried stealing the items and he definitely put them in there. 1 star is over rating this restaurant, can’t slap a happy meal together correctly and can’t cook a chicken nugget. Pathetic

When I use drive thru I am never greeted at the window anymore, it doesn’t seem to matter who covers second window I’m always greeted by someone’s back to me chatting away to the person next to them, items are usually incorrect and if you’re told to park up expect to be waiting a while, I spent 4 years working in McDonalds so I know the struggle and always give them the benefit of the doubt but today was my breaking point with Crossways, ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and a plain cheeseburger…. Simple enough Wrong! Got home and opened the happy meal revealing 2 happy meal toys, soggy cold fries and no chicken nuggets… if this was the first inconvenience I’d let it slide, but it’s like the 5th one since they reopened from remodelling, I have no idea what’s happened to the place since then

- HHHollyJul 28, 20261.0McDonald's so bad I saw a worker pelting it outside away from the place and literally didn't blame him one bit. The outside was in such a state at it genuinely looked like the streets of Cardiff at 3am and it was in the evening. There was a worker inside spending her entire lunch break waiting for it to come and had to complain about it. I waited 30 minutes indoors for someone to serve me and saw people going before me just for them to say my order wasn't even on the screen. Luckily the manager was nice and sorted it out promptly for me after hearing how long I had been waiting (35 minutes by now). What a mess 🤣
