  Fantastic customer service. Part of my order was missing so I called them and they very quickly sent out our missing items. Very polite and apologetic on the phone too. Will definitely order from here again

  I had an issue with ordering online - so was dis heartened when this happend. But with help from the manager Yas at castle view dominos and the staff on the 4/5/26 had resolved any further issue - and handled my problem sufficiently and promptly - which made up for what happened the day before. I truly appreciate customer service like Yas and his service to me as a customer - top man - THANK YOU

  Sorry to say this was the worst pizza I have ever had, not what i've come to expect from this company. Came here while visiting family & decided on treating us & the kids yet none of us enjoyed it. It looked like a frozen pizza from Iceland but nowhere near as nice. Cannot wait to go back to our local pizza in County Durham which is by far more superior. Never from here again!!!
