  A simple order of 1 large meat Pizza with the pork balls removed and mushroo.s in their place. Unable to follow this simple, simple instruction. Pizza now tastes of Kebab even after removing them.

  I will never use this place again, staff are clueless I even had the woman in charge telling me the online price has gone up when it clearly hadn’t. I had to prove this to her on her own phone, the app was constantly playing up, so I had to drive down to place my order, and there was no help whatsoever ever from the staff. The guy at the till told me they don’t honour the deal anymore because of price change, then the woman in charge said the same, both wrong, Absolute embarrassment there. Avoid at all costs, customer service worst I’ve experienced.

  Blackwood, Caerphilly is a very good quality, clean and friendly Domino's. I have been to many Domino's restaurants and this one local to myself, I rare very well.

  Ordered through uber eats when the food was due to be delivered I checked the app to find my order had been cancelled after waiting 25 minutes I rang the store to find no one knew why and blamed the system instead, I can only assume it was cancelled out of pure laziness and checking the reviews on here im glad they did! I will not order from here again!
