  I was the only customer in the store at the time, yet I was left waiting for approximately five minutes without being acknowledged, despite two employees being on duty. One employee was standing directly in front of me, preparing and stacking fries into a plastic bag. It was very clear that I was waiting to be served, yet they made no attempt to acknowledge me, communicate a delay, or offer assistance. This continued for the entire time I was waiting. Eventually, the other employee—who was occupied with other tasks—stopped what they were doing and served me. Meanwhile, the first employee continued preparing fries and completely ignored my presence throughout. I understand that staff may be busy, but being ignored while standing at the counter as the only customer is disappointing and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have made a big difference.

  Despite living local to the store for some reason always arrives just warm. Not the friendliest of places but know they are very busy but would be nice if they had some training around customer service. Sadly not much choice in our area.

  I had an awesome experience at Domino’s thanks to Regan and Josh! They were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. My order was made perfectly, came out fast, and tasted great. You can really tell when staff care about customer service, and these two absolutely do. Big shoutout to Regan and Josh for making my visit such a great one — keep up the amazing work!

  I always have a great experience at this Domino’s, and I want to give a special shout-out to Regan and Josh. They’re absolutely brilliant members of staff—friendly, efficient, and always happy to help. Every time they’re on shift, the service feels extra smooth and welcoming. Thanks for consistently making my visits great!
