  Ordered a large big mac meal with large strawberry milkshake and large fries.,,and a cheeseburger Happy meal with banana milkshake and small fries plus 2 of each dips equalling 6 dips with Uber eats...it took over 3/4 's of an hour to arrive yet its only 9mins away. It was cold and i only received 1 happy meal with 6×20p dips. Costing £15...??? The driver also kept stopping on the way to my address so it was cold on arrival. When i realised I immediately called the driver who said to call mc donalds to which i wss told she couldn't find ny order number then hung up and when i re dialled the phone was ignored not answering . On a Tuesday evening? Wouldnt of thought it would be busy like a weekend evening or so. Anyway very dissatisfied and very angry .

  Absolutely disgraceful experience. This place consistently gets orders wrong — not just once or twice, but multiple times. You pay for specific items and they just give you whatever they feel like instead. It’s beyond frustrating. We’ve reported it before, provided evidence, and all they offer is a coupon. That’s not good enough. We’ve wasted money on petrol driving back and forth to fix their mistakes, and wasted our time too. Why should customers have to keep returning because staff can’t get a basic order right? It is NOT our job to sit in the car park opening every single wrapper checking if the food is correct. You should be able to trust that your order is done properly. To make matters worse, the manager on duty around 10:40 was completely unprofessional. He refused to give his name when asked — which is unacceptable if you’re trying to make a formal complaint. His attitude on the phone was rude and dismissive, and he ended the call instead of dealing with the issue properly. Hanging up on customers — especially just because the number is withheld — is completely unacceptable. That does not remove your responsibility to provide proper service. This is poor management, poor training, and a complete lack of accountability. We will be taking this further to head office. A voucher is not sufficient — we expect a full refund, not a token gesture. Manager needs training or sacking with his behaviour Sort it out.

  At this McDonald's, they don't know how to assemble an order based on a receipt. It says "L" Fries but they didn't deliver "M." FRIES. And the order is incomplete; they only delivered 3 FRIES, but they only delivered 2 FRIES. The workers aren't paying attention.
