And was told 'yep' - Arrived at 2nd window and waited a minute to then be told there was a problem with the till and payment was needed. The staff member then 'give me your card or phone and I'll go and sort it' - Hard pass on that one! - 'you'll need to join the back of the queue and go through the drive thru again' - looked at the huge queue and told them 'no, im not doing that. Can't you just put it through a till here and delete it off the other one?' I asked. - staff member laughed 'it doesnt work like that. Give me your phone (i paid with physical card) and I'll go and sort the payment' - Still a hard pass, you can't have my bank card - I ask 'if it hasn't gone through can I just walk up and pay for it then?' - they ask the manager and manager says 'yes' - Duly i do and ask window 1 'What happened, you said it was all good?' - They said 'yeah the till keeps playing up' Anyway, some of you may already see where this going... two payments were actually taken! What is going on! Give me strength! 🤦♂️
