- JSJas SinghOct 1, 20261.0STAY AWAY if you expect some level of customer service. Right to start off with I have rarely leave bad reviews as I work in the food industry myself and I understand how difficult it can be. But had to write this as I am absolutely shocked on the level of service I had just received. We live approx 2 minutes drive from the store on Neilson Drive. We been meaning to go to Favourite chicken since it opened a few years ago. Today was that evening. I ordered fillet burger meal, X6 hot wings and x2 piece chicken chips. Once collected I jumped in my car and got home within 45 seconds. So we sat down and my burger was stone cold and the hot wings was luke warm and dry. So I decided to call the shop to tell them I have got cold food. The response I got was shocking..... The exact words. " No one else has complained today you are lying my friend" I explained I had no reason to lie I said I will come back with the food so they can see I had not eaten and only had one bite. "He then said no you are lying no free food for you" I am absolutely shocked by this. This level of customer service is shocking. I will not be returning to this store. I understand food quality can vary and mistakes can happen. But to call me liar is unacceptable. I wonder when favourite chicken brand sells Thier franchise do they provide customer service training???

- DHDiane HamiltonJul 5, 20265.0We are so lucky to have this wonderful takeaway chicken shop in our local area! Hands down the best!
- DFDawn FiggisMay 15, 20265.0This is the best chicken takeaway in st neots by far. I have lived in this area for many years and have tried all the chicken takeaways. This one is head and shoulders above them all. The staff are aways polite and friendly, the food is extremely tasty and always 100%. The amount you get is very generous and the price is very good.
