For the 3rd time I had my card declined and went through on the 4th attempt, odd that. Was told to check my bank statement but I don't do online banking so said a receipt and proof previously payments would be sent with my order. Delivery driver had no idea they were supposed to be there. Rang them and said they would bring them out, never happened. Not this is the first time this has happened and embarrassing to be told your perfectly good card has been declined without proving it. Won't be using them again.
