  There was nothing wrong with the burger or the fries — both were actually very good. However, we ordered a Diet Coke, and what I received definitely didn’t taste like Diet Coke. It had no fizz at all and tasted very watery, almost like melted ice. We also ordered onion rings, but we were given cheesy bites instead. Unfortunately, we only realised this when we got home and opened the order. Both drinks were very poor and tasted watery and flat. Overall, the food itself was good, but we were disappointed with the drinks and receiving the wrong side.

  Useless. They leave something out on the order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I tell myself to check but forget then get home and find something missing. Tonight the onion rings aren't there. Just useless, wouldn't mind but we was sat waiting for 15 minutes, not sure why as the food isn't overly hot. Idiots that work there meed replacing

  Poor service. There was no ice for drinks in the store. When asked the guy on the till to give some cold drink from the fridge he said the drinks was for delivery which I understand but he gave 2 sprites to a lady in replacement of one drink. So how's that fair. We ordered 2 drinks and when I said okay let's just give me back my drink he gave me some other drinks with straw in it and it was return but another customer. No presence of mind. It was not even busy. Fries was cold as well. Had to take a cup of ice from KFC.

  The service I received yesterday was poor. The employee serving had no communication skills and gave me the impression that I as a customer was invisible! The restaurant was dirty and tables not cleaned or cleared despite employees walking past the tables. I also note that all the delivery contractors get priority over real waiting customers, which again makes you feel invisible. Finally these delivery drivers always, I repeat always park in disable bays! This has been the case for years and is a systemic problem. Whilst BK are not directly responsible for this poor behaviour they are acting on behalf of BK so we feel BK are associated with blocking access for disabled users. Might I remind BK that your contractors are NOT permitted to park or use disabled bays for the convenience of delivering your products!
