  Had item 2 items missing from the order. Spoke to the manager who admitted it was an error on their part but didn’t apologies and offered no solution. As a manager when you know you are at fault you should be able to manage the situation and deal with it. Rather than saying that it’s really busy. As a manager you are expected to deal with multiple situations on a daily basis if you are unable to then maybe it’s not the job for you.

  Ordered through deliveroo, however there’s no option to add any order notes. So called the restaurant asking if we can change from white rice to brown rice on one of the dishes (which you can do in store, and I have done every other time). I spoke to 3 different people, clearly training is lacking on their part, to only be told they can’t modify any dishes once the order is placed? There’s no surcharge, I don’t understand how hard it would be to walk into the kitchen and ask the chef to change the rice? I, myself work in a restaurant and we get calls from deliveroo customers asking to change lots of items and it’s never an issue for us, so disappointing to experience such poor service from an establishment which I use regularly.

  We come here as often as we can as we live quite a distance. But every time its always worth it. Food is always great, staff are wonderful always helpful and is a happy environment. Would recommend to anyone.

  Ahmed was lovely and welcoming and the rest of the team also, the food came out very quickly nice and hot and fresh. Would definitely recommend for a quick stop or a nice lunch or dinner.

  I am not very happy with the service at all very bad and slow i asked for a bottle of water and she gave tap water which i didnt asked been waittinf for food 15 min which wasnt even busy not happy
