  Ordered and tracked the pizza. It was meant to have arrived but hadn't. We were asked to give it 5 minutes and call back, which we did, then they said again that it was on its way and to wait, and that it would be fine because it was in a hot bag. It finally arrived 25 minutes after it should have and probably 35 minutes after it left the shop. It's barely warm and it's tough, likely because it's been kept in a hot bag for 35 minutes. Complete waste of money and not the expected Saturday night treat. Won't bother using again.
