Always check product seals here. Had 3 items this week alone that were unsealed, 2 due to damage (pre-prepared food and chilled coffee - don’t buy anything with even slight damage, store isn’t checking seals, just putting things back on shelves) and one was clearly a manufacturing issue but the attitude I received from customer service when I wouldn’t just accept it, disgusting. Heard the colleague say they’d put the 2 unsealed bottles back out. What the actual?! Add this to the horrendous decision to turn half the full sized checkouts to self-service. You see the huge queue for the one or two manned checkouts, that tells you everything. In my opinion, this is discriminatory against the elderly and disabled, people who struggle with the self-service facilities. Considering the local community has a high population of elderly and disabled residents, clearly Tesco doesn’t care about the community. Why support a poor old lady with staff to checkout when you can cut a job and replace with a machine and protect the already insane profits during a cost of living and unemployment crisis.

Some product costs more in this shop compared to main Tesco. shelves never fully stocked have never been able to do a complete shop in one visit. Only use shop because one hour round trip to any other shops.

It's a good store, definitely not the greatest range of products in some categories, but I expect that it is to do with the surrounding town which is, shall we say, of the more advanced age group. I wish there was more in the children's area, as well as the desserts and sweets, but again, makes sense. Staff were nice, nothing to complain about.
