  Had to visit yesterday traveling home from holiday. Discovered that the disabled toilet didnt have any toilet roll. Then 2 out of the 3 ladies toilets didnt have any either! Awful really. Especially being the disabled toilet!

  George is very helpful in the store when I needed assistance at the checkout and with other enquiry in the store. Very good customer service in the store also

  I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at Tesco Extra in Huntingdon due to the behaviour of a member of staff called Louisa. On every visit when she is working, she appears to follow myself and my children around the store, which makes us feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated while trying to shop. On one occasion, she deliberately walked into me and my shopping basket, which weighed around 20kg, while my toddler son was sitting on my shoulders. This was a very concerning incident and could easily have resulted in one of us being injured. I have reported these incidents to management, but unfortunately nothing appears to have changed. Louisa continues to make a beeline for us whenever she sees us in store, leaving us feeling unwelcome despite being paying customers. I would like Tesco to take this matter seriously, investigate the repeated behaviour, and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and made to feel safe while shopping.
