  This pub is used by the Premier Inn next door for food. When my partner has worked over 14 hours in a heatwave and gets to hotel for the night only to find he has to go to pub next door to eat isn't a good start especially when you see what they put in front of him! Wasn't enough to feed a 2 year old let alone a grown working bloke!! He had lukewarm soup to start and a 1/2 hour wait for main meal. It was pie, mash and 'veg' which turned out to be just peas that he doesn't eat, so just pie and mash, must have only used 1/2 a spud per person! Disgusting, I would be ashamed to serve that up!

  Couldn't find the way in. Too many lorries and cars at the filling station.went elsewhere.

  I had a fantastic experience today. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. The steak was especially outstanding—tender, juicy, and one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The service was excellent from start to finish, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Ali and Dan, who were both friendly, attentive, and truly amazing. They made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal.
