  ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ We have been shopping at Tesco for well over 10 years, but unfortunately our experience with the company has changed a lot recently. It feels like Tesco is becoming increasingly expensive, to the point where some products now seem better value at places like M&S, where you can sometimes get higher quality food for a similar or even lower price. Tesco encourages customers to use the self-scan machines, which has resulted in fewer staffed tills being available. However, despite being loyal customers for many years and regularly spending over £100–£150 on a weekly family shop, we are constantly being selected for checks to make sure everything has been scanned. While I understand these checks are part of their security process, it leaves a very uncomfortable feeling when you have done nothing wrong. As customers who have shopped there for years and have never stolen anything, it can feel like you are being treated as though you are guilty or suspected of doing something wrong. It’s frustrating to spend a large amount of money with a company and still feel like you are not trusted. Tesco needs to think about the experience it is creating for loyal customers, because at the moment it is making shopping there feel less enjoyable.

  Honestly my go to but occasionally this man obviously shoplifts i’ve told the staff so many times and they ain’t do nothing which is annoying because i have the security man eyeing me down every time i enter and leave! 😒

  This is the worst place to shop. Around 7pm tonight I and my missus visited the shop with our bicycle helmet on. BICYCLE HELMET!!. You can clearly see our faces. But this security guard asked us to take off our bicycle helmets and followed us a few meters until we did what he asked. So annoying and embarassing. I will never shop here again.

  The only Tesco store you visit to find fruit genuinely rotted to the point of sludge swarming with flies while half the staff are standing 5ft from it chatting and having a laugh
