    VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE today. I went to Burger King to collect an order as a delivery driver and decided to buy a coffee because I was feeling sleepy after long hours of driving. I clearly said I was going to pay not for free. The staff member (who seemed like a shift manager with specs)rudely said he was “too busy,” even though there were no customers inside. When he finally took my order, he aggressively used the till and made the coffee with a very bad attitude. His behavior was disrespectful and made me feel insulted.So I left the shop without buying it. I am a working person just like him, and at that moment I was also a paying customer. There is no excuse for treating someone with irritation and disrespect. This experience really upset me and should not happen to anyone. To the Burger King Management PLEASE TRAIN THE STAFFS TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS IF WHO ELSE IT IS.
