The food was delicious, came out quickly, and the service was fantastic. Jacob really went above and beyond looking after me and I'd definitely return.

While eating, I discovered what appeared to be animal tissue in my meal. This was extremely distressing and has completely undermined my confidence in Wagamama’s food preparation and quality control. I have requested a formal investigation and will be seeking an appropriate resolution, including compensation for the distress caused. If this matter is not handled satisfactorily, I will consider escalating it through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels. I hope Wagamama takes this incident seriously and addresses it properly.

It seems like after being prepared at kitchen it waits too long for being served to tables (long wait supports this suspicion). Also recently I got badly wok overkeed bone dry and terriblly over salted Chef's pick! Honestly from what I've seen, they don't care too much how they serve customers. To avoid disappointment go for Ramen. hard to spoil it.
