  Friend went in to shop as he does every Thursday! Only had 10 pound note but needed coin for trolley. Customer services could not open till or find token and not willing to help! Disgraceful don't you think?

  Now you need a coin to get a trolley which I didn't have. Customer services weren't allowed to make change. Also fewer and fewer product lines here and low stock. I'll shop elsewhere in future.

  Totally disappointed with the lack of sympathy afforded to me and my wife by staff at the scan and go service. Technology goes wrong from time to time, by yesterday was a joke. Assistant scanned 24 items in my trolley and said they were having problems so she had to scan the entire shopping (approx 80 items) then she informed us the entire shopping had to be rescanned because the gun was malfunctioning. The problem was the staff attitude was the problem, not one apology or sorry for the inconvenience was forthcoming. The duty manager was called (at my request) and was so condescending it was sad ( permanently smirking as if we were just a couple of pensioners who didn’t matter). Never have I seen such unpleasant and unprofessional customer service in my life. Trying still to complain to Tesco’s, but to no avail. Very poor customer service.
