- AWAndy WalkerOct 6, 20261.0Been told by a few people how good their gluten free range is in the freezers . Nothing whatsoever
- JSjohn sutcliffeOct 5, 20265.0Big store lots of everything .. easy access from main road .. a vast superstore supermarket
- OBO BSep 25, 20261.0Why does this store actually stink of feces? Like it actually reeks. Is there something wrong with the drainage? It's oppressive.
- SSsoniaSep 13, 20262.0Overall plenty of choice and most of the staff is pretty helpful. But the blond lady (she was alone) at the entrance (where they sell cigarettes) needs a bit of training, she seemed young so possibly needs to learn, but other members of staff seemed young and were very helpful such as the lad sorting out the fruits. It was at 3.35 on this Sunday 13/09 and I said hello, she didn’t feel the need to greet me in return, little smirk with a bit of arrogance like she couldn’t care less and not helpful at all, actually looked like she wasn’t bothered. I just needed to swap an article…Anyway I gave up as I was really annoyed and she was literally useless. It is not the first time something like this happened there, if these guys are students and do it on the side and think they’re above it, then that’s a Tesco issue not a customer issue! Also, the pharmacy is horrible, service is really bad and they are always short of staff or out of stock for basic stuff, don’t answer the phone, and sometimes they just disappear! It is going downhill. Management should really have a look at staff training for customer service (basic stuff such as saying hello, and actually being helpful), especially people they put at the entrance were customer service is important, and yeah the pharmacy just look at the other reviews I’m not being dishonest. I consider myself being a good spender, but I am considering other online alternatives for fresher produces and honestly not being treated like an idiot.
