Yesterday i went to five guys for food after my night shift..was really tired and i was starving…thought of going to five guys and try having food. Had a really good experience..the food was fresh & hot the service was really good, i dont know the guys name but the guy with glasses and a dark red shirt was friendly and helpful felt like he was genuine and everything was handled well. Overall really happy with the experience. Would definitely come back again.

Overall an underwhelming experience. Food was fine - nothing special for the exorbitant price. Service was slow despite not being all that busy. The famous milkshake tasted like a cheap Mr Whippy with a dash of syrup in it. I paid £22 for a burger, fries and a small shake. It was no better than a Burger King.

Friendly staff, very high quality food. The option to add 2 extra beef patties to a burger - making 4 in total - leads to a vast quantity of beef, so consider sticking to 1 extra patty even if you're a hearty eater (especially with the famously huge servings of fries). Best fries ever, by the way.

This was fab, apart from the fact that our order was completely messed up, both when our order was being taken and when it was being prepared. I ended up having to pick out jalapeños, my son was missing cheese and bacon, and my husband ended up with no food at all! Apart from that, absolutely brilliant! If you do choose to put everything in the milkshake, we'd recommend leaving out the bacon bits...
