  Soggy burgers. Very over priced. Most pub burgers are better than this. Actually I think I even prefer McDonald's.

  Take away , ordered at 9pm . Order picked up at 11pm . Then driver went all the way to Harsten outside cambridge , when I live this end if town.

  This five guys is soo good. The customer service from Beatrice was so accommodating and welcoming. She was great throughout the whole experience on the till.the food was amazing . Highly recommend.

  I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys in Cambridge Leisure Park. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I accidentally dropped my milkshake on the floor, and before I even had a chance to figure out what to do, a member of staff noticed straight away and offered to replace it free of charge. The team handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness, which really made my day. It's not often you come across customer service this good. On top of that, the food and milkshake were excellent as always. A big thank you to the staff for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended. 🍔🥤👏
