  I visited Five Guys today during closing time, and the customer service I received was absolutely unacceptable. One of the staff members, who I believe may have been the shift manager, was wearing a black T-shirt and had a beard. I don’t know his name, but his attitude and behaviour towards me were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Instead of treating a customer with basic respect, he made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Being close to closing time is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers rudely or making them feel unwelcome. Honestly, is this how Five Guys treats its customers? Customer service should be about respect, politeness, and professionalism, regardless of the time of day. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I expect much better from a well-known brand like Five Guys. Management seriously needs to look into how customers are being treated, especially by staff members who may be in supervisory positions. Absolutely terrible customer service. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously.

  Absolutely amazing food! The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The fries were incredible and the portion size was huge. Everything tasted high quality and was made exactly how I wanted it. Easily one of the best fast-food meals I've had in a long time. Will definitely be coming back!

  I was in a rush to catch my train and hadn't eaten in hours. I asked if the chef could sort a burger in 5 mins, understandably they couldn't, but offered to do me a grilled cheese instead. They were so happy to help. Thank you so much for your act of kindness (I'll keep to myself), it reassured me there are some good people in this world. I'd had a really long day at my new job and you really surprised me and made my day!
