  I ordered chicken nuggets and chips, the chips were tepid warm and completely dry and tasteless. The chicken nuggets resembled rubber balls as the chicken was that hard. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, it was that bad I didn’t even eat it all and now I’m still hungry 🥲. The only good thing to come from this experience is I saved a few calories tonight.

  The fish l had today is just a little thin strip . It has been over cooked. The batter us a dark colour and snaps the little that is in the batter is dry. Even ny cat turned her nose up at it. The 1star is because l can't leave no stars. I've used this chippy for years ever since it was Jacks always had good fish but it has been going down lately. On a possative note my son had the fish and is was lovely. Maybe mine was left over from last night and reheated.

  Amazing piece of fish, it should have been too much for me, but I managed to eat it all! You forgot my salt and vinegar sachets though 😕 Delivered in 15 minutes - amazing service - It was a bit pricey, but I enjoyed it nevertheless.

  I accidentally selected the wrong pickup location (Bar Hill) in the app, but the service here was excellent; after I explained the situation, they were willing to let me pick up my order at this location instead. Many thanks to the supervisor and the staff member who helped me that day.

  This is definitely my favourite Fish + Chip shop! The food is always good. Everyone is super friendly. I went in on Saturday 15th August around 5.30/6pm... unfortunately I didn't get the staff members name who served me but I'd just like to mention that they went out of their way to accommodate my order, amazing customer service, thank you!
