  The start of our holiday we decided to go to this restaurant as our meeting point because who doesn’t like Burger King? Being a Monday midday it would be quiet. There was a young man and 2 women one with red hair and the other a manager. The young man ignored twice to give change after paying cash and he also got an order wrong. Asking for the red haired girl to come and give change her attitude was rude and explained the young man was in training, asked why he was left on his own and she had no answer, took the receipt and her comment was, you are upset because you have not been given 5p is it really worth it?! What made this worse was that her and the manager was loudly saying how the customer was rude and full of attitude and how they couldn’t believe he wanted his 5p and everyone in the restaurant could hear. I didn’t appreciate the slagging off so I told her that we could all hear them and to stop it, she said to me “I will say what I want and if you don’t like it I’ll just bar you” Then when it was discovered he did the order wrong she argued with the customer that simply the customer ordered wrong not the order wrong. Rightly the customer argued that he ordered a strawberry milkshake and not a strawberry cheesecake that was in the bag and on the receipt and she became extremely stroppy and kept arguing that they wasn’t wrong. We waited 10 minutes after this and seen our order number had disappeared off the screen, called the manager over and asked what happened and she had no answer so she was told to just refund us and that the whole experience was absolutely shocking and a disgrace. Thankfully we were very nicely treated and served by the McDonald’s over the road. We have since avoided all Burger King restaurants as clearly they are willing to employ the type of people we encountered at the Brampton hut site and simply not willing to give them money I would recommend that you avoid this particular location unless you are happy to be treated with utter disrespect and spoken to with such derogatory

  absolutely ridiculous, spent £40 on food for them to forget 2 portions of fries one of them being the upgraded ones and both drinks. both drinks also costing more than regular drinks. just for them to say nothing they can do, not pick up the phone and not fix the issue, waited an hour for the delivery and now both kids are hungry with lack of food that wasn’t ordered

  The toilets were overflowing. No toilet roll. Toilets floors were swimming with water. Dryers did not work. The taps would not switch off. Horrendous. Food and service was good though.

  This restaurant has a serious problem with under delivering. I love Burger King food and it’s so frustrating when you get a small portions worth of fries in a large box. This happens over and over. I just weighed my large fries at 95 grams which is 5 grams over a small portion weight as advertised. Also four times in a row I have ordered 9 chill cheese bites. The first 3 times I was given only 6. The delivery site does not refund the full difference extra that you pay. This time I have been given 4 chilli cheese bites. That is not even an option to order as an individual portion. They really seriously need to train their staff to read the order screen. Instead of just putting the smallest number into the bag. Ridiculous.
