  Avoid this place. Staff work at a glacial pace and spend more time chatting than working. After waiting an age for food via table service, it was served up cold as it was left on the side whilst inane chattering took priority over service. Notably, the chat taking place was dismissive talk about encounters with customers who weren’t happy with their food orders!! The place was (tellingly) empty too, so there is no excuse for not being on top of orders. McDonald’s is next door, go there instead.

  Have been in the past verry rude staff and today Arrived at 20:50 and was already closed. States open till 22:00.

  Should sack Abbey! Discriminatory behaviour against disabled people!. I am a disabled person with a blue badge. Both of the disabled bays were occupied so I parked elsewhere. This caused me pain and discomfort. While in the store, i saw staff members go to the cars in the disabled bays and sit in them while they ate food. I asked the manager Abbey if it was normally for staff to park in the disabled bays and was told... "we do not have parking so we use those bays as reserved for staff. Anyway... WHAT HAS IT GO TO DO WITH YOU?". How rude does she have to be! It's got everything to do with me! I explained that I was disabled myself and maybe the staff should park in regular bays rather than disabled ones but Abbey didn't care.

  What a let down - fries were cold, member of staff didn’t even speak when handing over the food. Coke out of the machine was disgusting. Don’t even bother with using the toilet was awful, no hand soap and hand dyer wasn't working and the sanity bin was over flowing. A lot of money for poor quality
